In this segment, Sue visit Kathyrn Fleck's home in Aspen. Inside this standard order Maroon Creek town home is a space that looks more NY city loft than rustic mountain getaway. The home is filled with custom-designed steel, glass, and concrete but the dominant feature of the house is Kathryn's overflowing collection of contemporary art. In many ways, the home was designed as a showcase for Kathryn's art, as well as the perfect access for the ski slopes that are literally right outside her front door.

In this segment, Sue visits a brand new masterpiece in Aspen designed to feel like a 100-year old mansion. Homeowner and designer Kristeen Church built this enormous home on the serene bank of Maroon Creek using tons of reclaimed wood and well-worn stone that she had shipped all the way from the East Coast. The result is a magnificent yet cozy mountain retreat.
