this is the best value bed and breakfast in town. if you are a local and your parents are outstaying their welcome bung them in here. the rates are reasonable and during non peak times almost unbelievable. the location couldn't get any better either. the B&B sits feet away from the RFTA's Ruby Park and the Belly Up is right next door. my parents haven't stayed with me since we found this place. two thumbs up.
