how about that meatloaf! Jimmy's has a fantastic bar menu from mac and cheese, great burgers, and of course the meatloaf, which is always my entree of choice. Another great thing is that the menu is served later than most restaurants in the area. I remember my first night out in aspen, my father and I went for a bite to eat and walked around all night looking for open kitchens, Jimmy's was the only place still serving. The price is right and who can beat salsa dancing on saturday nights?!
