Set on Fanny Hill in Snowmass The Silvertree Hotel offers 260 rooms decorated with a southwest flare.
Great location in Snowmass. Good rooms. Awful front desk staff/management. First I was checked in - by the manager - to a room that was under construction. I went back down to the desk and was told by the manager that I would have to wait in line again. I was then checked into an occupied room - by the same manager. Once again, I waited in line only to be told they were sold out of my room type. I was given a tiny room with a single bed and no compensation whatsoever. I guess they figured the "I'm very sorry, sir" was enough.
