For the past 30 years, Aspen Film has brought cinematic splendor to the Roaring Fork Valley as part of its Aspen Filmfest. This year’s celluloid action kicks off September 24 and runs through September 28, bringing much-anticipated features and documentaries to a screen near you. Award-winning flicks from the Cannes, Sundance, and Berlin film festivals make their Aspen debut, giving movie-lovers the chance to check out buzzed-about films and mingle with the directors and actors. Lucky for us, you don’t have to be a movie critic to get your foot in the door at any of these premieres.
