Aspen

Aspen's Saturday Tradition

It's an Aspen ritual to make your way to Hunter and Hopkins every Saturday morning from June 16 to October 28 to do the week's grocery shopping, listen to live music, and run into friends and familiar faces at the Saturday Market. With more than 40 vendor tents, the Saturday Market isn't just about regional fruits and veggies--it also boasts organic meats, extravagant flowers, delectable sauces and marinades for summer barbecuing, jewelry, flavored pastas, art, and much more. Need something to wet your whistle? Stop by the Woody Creek Cellars tent and pick up some locally made, organic vino. And since this festival of goodies starts at 8 a.m. and runs till around 3 p.m., you'll have plenty of time throughout the day to shop, socialize, and find plenty of hidden treasures. Whether you're going for the produce or just for good company, the Saturday Market is the best way to start your weekend right this summer season.
