Aspen Valley Ski Club's (AVSC) Athlete of the Week goes to Katie Ryan. Fourteen year-old Ryan finished on the podium twice in the USSA J3 Junior Olympics in Vail, March 11-14. She took home the silver medal in the Downhill with a blistering run of 46.69, losing out to Vail’s Greta Byrne by .11 seconds. Ryan followed with a bronze medal in the women's Giant Slalom.
