The Food & Wine Classic in Aspen is the premiere culinary event in the country and brings some of the industries finest to town for a weekend chock-full of seminars, cooking demos, grand tastings and more. In its 26th year, the Classic was at it’s best this June 13-15 boasting big names such as Bobby Flay, Tom Colicchio, Masaharu Morimoto, Jacques Pépin, Richard Betts, Gail Simmons, Ming Tsai, and so many more. And while this decadent festival has come and gone, let’s take a look back at some of our favorite memories from this food and wine fete.
